Dokena is a platform that allows shops to create stores, list products, manage orders, and communicate with users. Dokena is not responsible for selling or delivering products, nor for any issues related to the products.

Shop Responsibilities

• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability.
• Ensure that listed products meet quality standards.
• Maintain respectful behavior when interacting with users.
• Address and resolve issues related to their products.
• Acknowledge that Dokena may suspend or terminate services for misconduct.

User Responsibilities

• Interact with shops in a respectful and lawful manner.
• Understand that disputes regarding products or orders are between users and shops, and Dokena is not liable.

Dokena’s Role and Limitations

• Acts as a platform to connect shops and users but does not sell or deliver products.
• Is not responsible for any payment issues, disputes, or delivery delays.
• May suspend or terminate the services of any shop that fails to meet quality standards or engages in harmful behavior.
• Reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

Payment and Transactions

Transactions and payment processing are handled by the respective shops. Dokena does not assume responsibility for payment disputes or processing issues.

Limitation of Liability

Dokena is not responsible for any damage or issues related to products sold by shops on the platform. We provide a service to connect users and shops but do not act as the seller or deliverer.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Republic of Tunisia.
